CRRs follow one of the below processes to enter a new order when replacing a Carroll production error.
Errors noticed by Production:
If the error is caught by the production team in Carroll, they will automatically key in a new order for replacements and handle the order from there. Nothing is needed from an FDM4 CRR.
Error noticed by Customer:
Email Beth Tigges with an image of the error, along with the order confirmation. She will confirm with her team and get a replacement entered into Edgeware, if necessary. Nothing is needed from an FDM4 CRR to be entered into FDM4.
