How to enter a Carroll production error order

If the error is caught by the production team in Carroll, they will automatically key in a new order for replacements and handle the order from there. Nothing is needed from an FDM4 Account Manager.

Email the reps E-commerce CRR in Carroll, IA with an image of the error, along with the order confirmation. She will confirm with her team and get a replacement entered into Edgeware, if necessary. Nothing is needed from an FDM4 Account Manager to be entered into FDM4.
