How do I enter a promo order in Quick Quote?

Game One funded Promo Orders can be entered in Quick Quote

GO-funded Promo Orders can be entered using Quick Quote by following this process:

  1. Determine the order customer: For Decorated Orders, select the customer where the art exists. For non-decorated orders, select the customer where the item is shipping.
  2. On the Order Info tab, adjust the bill-to and ship-to customer as needed:
    1. For RSM/BDF/SPL promo, the bill-to customer must be set to the school's promo account (i.e. 123456GO)
    2. For Rep Promo, the bill-to customer must be set to the sales rep promo account (i.e. 1111GO)
  3. Set the Special Type and the Promo Rep:
    1. RSM Promo = RSM ID
    2. BDF Promo= BDF ID
    3. SPL & Rep Promo = Sales Rep ID)
  4. Add the items to the order, setting the pricing accordingly
    1. RSM/BDF/SPL = Use MSRP pricing
    2. Rep Promo = Use Commission Cost (cost available in the Gross Profit window)
  5. Complete the quote and submit to FDM4 when ready.
