Follow this process for adding Custom Items to OMG Stores
STEP 1: Submit Art Only request for custom artwork
- Select “vector art for manufacturer”
STEP 2: Apply vector artwork to mock-up thru vendor’s custom builder
- Mock-up must be approved by customer prior to OMG submission
STEP 3: Access OMG Templates on SalesDeck
STEP 4: Submit the following to your OMG CRR
- Completed Team Store Excel sheet
- Include vendor part # and description
- Completed custom item(s) mockup
- Shipping instructions for custom item(s):
- Drop-ship to the customer (not individually bagged/kitted)
- Ship to Game One to be bagged with non-custom items
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Reorders—require previous order # or PO # (include legacy information if applicable and original mock-up if available)
- It’s the responsibility of the sales rep to be aware of vendor minimums and turn times
- For any cap vendors where the mock-up is created on a builder, please provide the link for the custom team to order them. (like Nike, New Era, Richardson, Pacific, etc).
