Why am I getting Art Proofs?

The artist working your order will copy you on proofs for visibility.

If you are receiving art proofs, it is likely because the art team has been instructed to copy the sales rep (or whoever entered the order) when sending the proof. Most of the time your customer will be included on the email. Please allow the customer to view and approve/reject the proof on their own.

Outstanding proofs are auto-emailed to you and the customer every 72 hours until approved.

If the customer was not copied on the email, then a customer email was not included when the order was placed. Please forward the proof to the customer for approval.
