      When will my information appear in an external program?

      Below are the time frames of when each Game One platform and FDM4 communicate behind the scenes.

      • Customers table - every hour 5 mins past the hour (ex: 11:05am, 12:05 pm, 1:05pm)
        • This includes new customers & rep changes on a customer 
      • Art tables - every hour 5 mins past the hour (ex: 11:05am, 12:05 pm, 1:05pm)
        • This includes the art pushed to FDM4 from GoGraphix if a rep needs to use it on a team store or see it in the FDM4 art library on SD.
      • ECOM Catalog / team stores items and for item maintenance setup: ever hour 5 mins past the hour for adds (ex: 11:05am, 12:05 pm, 1:05pm), nightly for removals

      • Sales reps table: once a day 12:20 am EST
