Store Type Reminders
- ✅ Confirm store type (Express or Custom) before submitting.
- ❓ If unsure why a store is marked as Custom, refer to notes under “Reasons for Custom Store Type.”
- ⚠️ Once submitted to Sales Deck:
- Cannot change Custom store to Express.
- Can change Express to Custom.
Store Closing Date Guidelines
- ❌ Do NOT schedule store closings:
- On Fridays or Saturdays
- The day before a holiday
- ✅ Follow customer's requested closing date
- ⚠️ Selecting an earlier date does NOT speed up store creation.
- Stores are built in order of Sales Deck submission and art approval.
Store Shipping Methods
(Discuss this with customers BEFORE submitting)
- Bulk Shipping
- Individually bagged by order and shipped to one location
- 10% Processing fee on all orders
- ❌ No PO Boxes Do not enter one as the shipping address.
- Individual Shipping
- Items shipped to each person’s home
- 10% Processing fee on all orders
- 💵 Flat $15 fee per order, regardless of number of items ordered.
Understanding Store Codes
Format: GXPB7 – Game One High School – 1800012
- Sale Code – Store Name – Order Number
- 📧 ALWAYS reference Order Number or Sale Code in emails.
Communication & Store Changes
- 🚫 Do NOT make updates yourself.
- 🛠️ Email Team Store Builder for all changes (e.g., closing dates). Most Team Store Builders DO NOT have phones and will not call the customer directly for you.
- For product changes: email Team Store Builder + CRR, do NOT call. Team Store Builders need to track the changes and have a way to find them should they need to reference them.
Player Names & Numbers on Team Stores
- Player numbers should be assigned before the store goes live.
- The Team Store Processors will email the Sales Rep to work with the coach to verify the names and/or numbers are correct before the store is processed into edgeware.
- If they require changes, the Team Store Processor will make the edits and will send the names/numbers report back to the rep/coach to verify again.
- CHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER CUSTOM/SUBLIMATED ORDERS ARE PLACED WITH THE VENDOR. Even if the rep approves the names/numbers report on behalf of or without consulting with the coach.
Design Location Notes
- ✅ If Left Chest & Right Chest designs are identical, select Opposite Logo (counts as 1 design which helps with minimums).
- ✅ Same applies to Left/Right Legs.
- ⚠️Note: More designs do not mean more sales.
- 📏 Center Chest max = 6” — use Full Front for larger designs.
- ➕ Refer to Design Location Sheet for specific placements.
Design Updates
- Can art be updated after store is LIVE?
➤ Yes, but allow up to 5 business days for design to be updated as time frame starts over. - ⚠️ Limit of 3 design changes once the store is live.
Adding Products to Live Store
- ✅ Allowed but should be finalized before store goes live.
- ⚠️ Utilize SalesDeck to send a proof of the store prior to submitting. The Live OMG site is not a rough draft.
- 🧾 Up to 10 item changes allowed.
- 🚫 For Express stores, added items must be Express-approved or the store will automatically be changed to Custom. Check inventory prior to requesting additional garments.
CRRs may deny a change request and ask you rebuilt the store if there are too many changes. The automation built into store setup and the new "copy store" function make it easy to update and re-submit a store.
How to Request Product Additions
Email Team Store Builder + CRR with the following:
- Product Number
- Product Name
- Color
- Sizes
- Price
- Fundraising amount (if any)
Example:
"Please add G800B Gildan Youth Tee in Black using design 123456, Youth M–XL, selling price $12.00, and add $2.00 fundraising."
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Builders and CRRs do not set prices. Do not say: "I want to add CJ1611 Nike Hood — MSRP is $64 and the store is at a 30% discount, but I don’t know what to charge for deco."
Only Sales Reps can determine pricing. Builders will request a concrete price if it's missing.
Sales Minimums
- Entire store must hit $750 total sales
OR - Each design must have 6+ orders
- ✅ DTF designs = no minimums
- If store does not meet the minimum requirements, the Sales Rep will be notified, and the store will remain on HOLD until a resolution is determined.
Minimums FAQ
- What are my options if my store does NOT meet minimums?
➤ Store closing can be extended to a specific date to collect more orders.
➤ Can place a supplemental order.
➤ Designs that did not meet minimums can be cancelled and orders containing those garments will be refunded.
- Can I change Embroidery or Screen Print to DTF if my store doesn’t hit minimums?
➤ No. - Can my store be converted to a 24/7 store if minimums aren’t met?
➤ Yes — Orders that were placed will need refunded- Fill out 24/7 request to convert the store.
Supplemental Orders
- Coach/school can order to hit minimums. Only items on the store can be purchased on the supplement order.
- Use coupon code for billing:
- Charged to school upon shipping
- Or deducted from fundraising
- 📧 Contact CRR/Builder for coupon code before processing.
Processing Time
- Stores begin processing daily at 9:00 AM Central the day after the store closes.
- To extend a store that closed the night before, email or call for this request before 9:00 AM Central.
Store Reopens
- Must remain identical to the original:
- You may remove items.
- You cannot add items or change designs.
- Pricing must stay the same.
- If changes are needed, resubmit via Sales Deck.
- Reopens must hit minimums again.
