If you need to get a vendor added to FDM4, please follow the request process outlined below.
Please fill out the Vendor Request Form (<<< click to download) when requesting new vendors to be setup up in FDM4.
Email your request to roger.reese@game-one.com.
Process: The request will be evaluated by a three person team:
- Roger Reese
- Area VP from the requesting area
- Lead buyer from the requesting area
Evaluation: The team will evaluate the request on a several criteria including:
- Are these same types of products offered with another vendor for comparable pricing and inventory?
- What is the value of this order?
- Is it a one-time use vendor only?
- Is this a new market opportunity?
