      How to enter orders for the GO Core Decoration program with Momentec

      This article will walk through how to place an order for GO Core items that are decorated and shipped from Momentec.

      1. Run Order Entry
      2. Start as a Quote, if the customer needs to be quoted. 
      3. Using the GO Core Decor PDF (available on Sales Deck), enter the corresponding style number for the item you wish to order.
      4. DO NOT APPLY DESIGN IDS TO THESE ITEMS
      5. Include any freight charges to the customer on the Freight tab of the order and collect payment for the order. 
      6. If entered as a quote and the customer approved, release this to a CUSTOM order type. 
        Use Vendor# 2996 (Non-EDI Founder Sports Group) when creating the order.
      7. Review and Complete the CUSTOM order sending the Purchase Order to yourself when prompted (you will attached this in step 10). 
      8. Send an email to Momentec at decoration@momentecbrands.com, and include the following information:
        1. Game One Account Number: 047069
        2. Attach the FDM4 PO 
        3. Attach all artwork needed on the garment(s) - any format is acceptable
        4. Game One Ink colors
        5. Roster (if applicable)
        6. Any other pertinent information for the vendor

      Ordering more than one style getting the same decoration? Use the style number/quantity for the TOTAL number of items getting that print. 

      Example: 50 Men's C2 SS and 50 Men 's C2 LS, both getting same 1 color print - use the style number for the 100 qty break for both styles (51001C72 and 51041C72).

      How to add Names & Numbers to GO Core Items:

      After adding the style number and sizes that are getting Names and/or Numbers, enter the corresponding Style Number below, that is also listed on the GO Core Price list. 

      Make sure to add one of these style numbers after each different style getting numbers or names. This will appear on the PO in the order you entered the style numbers, helping the Vendor understand what is getting names and numbers and what isn't.

      FDM4 Style Numbers for Numbers and Names:

      • GOCORENUM - 1 or 2 digit FULL BLOCK numbers ONLY
      • GOCORENAME

      Personalization Reminders:

      • Player Names available exclusively in Duratek - 2’’ or 3’’ sizes only
      • Player Numbers available in 2.5’’, 4’’, 6’’, 8’’, 10’’, or 12’’
      • FULL BLOCK FONT ONLY
      • Available Colors (1-color only):
         

       

      How to Add a Back print or any additional deco that doesn't fall under the Style Numbers provided. 

      If the customer is requesting back print or anything outside of the provided style number, you will need to use the CBADGE style number in FDM4. If you do not add this, it will not be done by Momentec.

      Make sure to update the description and cost for CBADGE to indicate what they are adding. Also send them an image of any logos that are being requested.
