How to reopen a team store
Below will show the steps to take to reopen a team store that has been recently closed or closed over 6 months ago.
6 TOTAL STEPS
1. In SalesDeck on the left side panel, Select Team Stores and then click on Store Manager
2. Closed stores will appear here.To view stores older than 6 months, select Archived Stores.
3. Select the Date Field and choose Close Date. Adjust dates if needed, and click Load Date Range.
4. Results will populate below. Use the store type and search field to narrow your results. Filter by Closed or Cancelled as well.
5. Gather the EW Order ID, OMG Sale Code, and Store Name from this screen.
6. Next compose an email to your E-COMM CRR with the information from Step 5 . The email should looks something like this.
That's it. You're done.
