Use the Custom Order Process to place orders for the Russell Practice Jersey program.
We are stocking several colors of the Russell Practice Jersey in Carroll, ready for decorating. These SKUs include decoration cost, therefore you will NOT key in art on these orders.
Unless the customer is doing a repeat order, the Russell Practice Jersey Order Form must be completed and emailed to your assigned ECOMM CRR. Order form can be downloaded here.
Repeat Order?? Email your assigned ECOMM CRR stating that you have a reorder of Russell Jersey's with the new sizes, roster, and include one of the following:
- Edgware Order Number
- Edgware Design Number
- FDM4 PO Number
- FDM4 Order Number
If the reorder includes different colors of jersey's, be specific in your request on what the customer is requesting. Are they wanting every color reordered or just some?

Follow below to quote this to the customer to obtain a PO, do not send them the Russell order form.
- If your customer needs a quote, start by entering it in FDM4. DO NOT ADD DECORATION TO THE QUOTE.
- Once the customer approves, fill out the order form here and send to your ECOMM CRR.
- Any questions regarding the order, contact your ECOMM CRR.
