      How to view a .msg file

      This will walk through how to view a .msg file that might be attached in FDM4

      If your WINDOWS PC cannot open a .msg file, the default app in the settings needs to be adjusted. 

      1. Open Settings on your PC. 
      2. Click on Apps
      3. Select Default Apps
      4. Search for .msg files
      5. Select the default app to be Outlook.
