How to use the Change Ship To/Carrier tool
When an order is already released or dropped to the warehouse, you are unable to change this shipping address and/or method through Order Entry. Using the Change Ship To/Carrier tool follow the below steps.
- Run the Change Ship To/Carrier tool in FDM4. If you do not have it pinned, use the magnify glass to search for it. 

 - Enter the Customer Number AND Order Number into the appropriate fields. 

 - Click Next.
 - Select the Edit button in the top right. 

 - Click on the Ship To tab next. 

 - The system will open up the Ship To Address for it to then be updated. Make any necessary adjustments. The In-Hand Date and Planned Ship Date can also be updated here (select the freight options tab).
 - Select Save in the top right.
 - Click Finish in the top left, under the Home Page tab.
 - This has now been updated in both the ERP and WMS.
 
Sales Reps do not have access to this function. These request must be completed by an Account Manager or Production Manager.
