How to use Momentec's Free Deco program

Below is the process to be used when placing an order using Momentec's free decoration promotion, valid thru 12/31/25.

Momentec is offering free decoration on all of their brands. This includes; Badger, Alleson, C2 Sport, Augusta, Holloway, and Russell. The below criteria must be met with your order submission. 

Screen Print criteria:

  • 48 or more pieces
  • 1-color Screen Print

Direct-To-Film criteria:

  • 1-47 pieces
  • 1-color DTF
This promotion applies to GO Core and CBADGE items. If you are ordering a GO Core item, follow the process on that article here. If you are ordering a CBADGE item, follow the below process. 

FDM4 Order Entry Process:

  1. Run Order Entry and start a CUSTOM order.
    1. If the customer requires a quote, start as a quote and apply the vendor number in step 2, when you release it to a CUSTOM order.
  2. Style number must be, CBADGE. Vendor# 2996 (Non-EDI Founders Sports Group).
  3. Commit quantities and sizes. 
  4. Update the description to include the vendor style number, short description of the item, color and size (ie: 416100 W Racerback Tank BK - SM). 
  5. Update the cost. (Use Check Stock or price lists and to find our cost of the item)
  6. Leave a Non-Printable Comment stating FREE S/I DECO PROGRAM.
  7. Review and Complete the CUSTOM order sending the Purchase Order to yourself when prompted (you will attached this in step 7). 
  8. Send an email to Momentec at decoration@momentecbrands.com, and include the following information:
    1. Game One Account Number: 047069
    2. Subject Line to include FREE S/I DECO PROGRAM
    3. Attach the FDM4 PO 
    4. Attach all artwork needed on the garment(s) - any format is acceptable
    5. Game One Ink color
    6. Silicone Ink is needed (indicate if this is needed)
    7. Roster (if applicable)
    8. Any other pertinent information for the vendor
