      How to update the contact for an address number

      Contact data is stored at the address number level and can be updated in the Customer Master.

      If the customer contact for a specific address number changes, the Account Manager or Billing Analyst can follow these steps to update the contact info in the Customer Master:

      1. Go to Customer Master
      2. Search using the Customer Number, or change the search criteria to look up by customer name.
      3. Select the Customer > Hamburger > Address Number
      4. Locate the Address Number/Sport and click Edit to update
