How to submit an Item Request for FDM4

Submit item requests when a SKU is not in the system.

Reference your Equipment Reference Sheet to check for similar products before submitting an item request.

When an item is not in the system, for example; style not in FDM4 at all, missing colors, sizes, cost, etc.. Please follow these steps for submitting an Item Request:

  1. Fill out this Item Request Form > DOWNLOAD HERE
  2. Provide as many details a possible. It also helps to provide a link to a vendor site/catalog when appropriate so the item can be fully set up with all colors/sizes. 
  3. Send the request to items@game-one.com
  4. This will be reviewed by items, Barry Uhling, and the Buyers. 

This request can take up to 10 business days to be created.

Can I use a C-ITEM SKU? 

No, C-Items cannot be received in the warehouse, so it must be added by the Item Maintenance team. 

Cost incorrect? Item description not accurate? Color needing to be added? Follow the above instructions on filling out the request form. The items team is not processing any requests without this form being filled out. 


Display Issues in FDM4 with Sizing:

Notice weird sizing when committing quantities? Try hovering over the size in that top row of the chart. It will show the size linked to that on the backend. This is a display issue with FDM4.
