How to sign in to the GoTo phone system
This article will walk a Game One employee through logging in to the GoTo App either on their company provided PC/Mac or mobile device.
Desktop App Login Instructions:
- Open the ‘GoTo Connect’ app.
- If it is not on your desktop, press the
(Windows) key and search for the app. If you are on a Mac, use Spotlight search.
- If it still is not showing up, contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@game-one.com
- If it is not on your desktop, press the
- When it opens, select Sign In.
- GoTo will open a page on the internet that will require the Game One email address and then the password that was set during registration.
- When sign-in is complete, the app will then re-open and the softphone is ready to go!
Launch Application on Startup:
Performing this will make it so that whenever you log in to your computer, GoTo will open automatically, rather than needing to do it manually every day.
- Open settings by clicking the icon with your initials in the top right of the application, then selecting ‘Settings’.
- On the lefthand side will be the ‘App Launch’ section, once that is open then the only option to activate will be to Start GoTo.
Mobile App Login Instructions:
This process is similar to the Desktop App. Below are the respective links to download the app, and a quick video that shows the login process provided by GoTo.
