How to sign in to the GoTo phone system

This article will walk a Game One employee through logging in to the GoTo App either on their company provided PC/Mac or mobile device.

Desktop App Login Instructions:

  1. Open the ‘GoTo Connect’ app.
    1. If it is not on your desktop, press the (Windows) key and search for the app. If you are on a Mac, use Spotlight search.
    2. If it still is not showing up, contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@game-one.com
  2. When it opens, select Sign In.
  3. GoTo will open a page on the internet that will require the Game One email address and then the password that was set during registration.
  4. When sign-in is complete, the app will then re-open and the softphone is ready to go!

Launch Application on Startup:

Performing this will make it so that whenever you log in to your computer, GoTo will open automatically, rather than needing to do it manually every day.

  1. Open settings by clicking the icon with your initials in the top right of the application, then selecting ‘Settings’.
  2. On the lefthand side will be the ‘App Launch’ section, once that is open then the only option to activate will be to Start GoTo.

 


Mobile App Login Instructions:

This process is similar to the Desktop App. Below are the respective links to download the app, and a quick video that shows the login process provided by GoTo.
