How to send a store draft
This article and tutorial will walk through sending a draft to a customer as well as what they see once the draft is sent and how you are notified of any approvals or rejections.
11 STEPS
1. When finished with your store and it's ready to be sent for approval to the customer. Click Review & Proof.
2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Customer Approval
3. Within this box you can select the green Copy Link button at the top, and send it to the customer via email or text.
Or you can enter their email from here and enter a message to the customer and click the blue Send button at the bottom.
4. Is the customer saying they never received it? No problem, you can come here and select the Resend Customer Approval button.
5. Your customer will receive an email with a link, from Game One (no-reply@e.game-one.com). The link will bring them to the draft you sent them.
6. At the very bottom of the page, they will be presented with an Approve or Reject button.
7. The Approve button will give them a prompt with terms and conditions to leave their name and hit approve.
8. Reject will ask them to provide their name and the requested changes.
9. That rejection made in Step 8 , will show on your Sales Deck home page under the bell icon.
10. This is what the notification looks like when you click the bell icon. Double Click the notification to jump to the Store Builder page.
11. Hover over the icon that says "1 comment" and it will display the rejection note left by the customer.
After this, go into the store draft and update what is being rejected.
