How to use the Style Entry tab in FDM4

This process will walk through searching items in FDM4 while in Order Entry.


 

SALES REPS: This article only applies to Account Managers. Please utilize Quick Quote for all order entry needs.

  1. Click the Help Lookup () while in Style Entry. 
  2. Use the Style number from Sales Deck or brief keyword on the item being ordered.
    1. Example of searching by a brief keyword, without Sales Deck:

      If you search by description or keyword you will receive multiple results. This is pulling all data for items that have "Nike Legend" in it. Use your filter function,, to search the description column or other columns to help narrow your results.



    2. Example of searching Sales Deck for the style and description. Using that style number to FDM4:

      Searching Sales Deck first helps. This will give you a style number or description for you to search in FDM4, a starting point.  

       
        
      If you still cannot find in FDM4, try adjusting your search criteria to 'Description' instead of 'Keyword' in FDM4. Remember LESS IS MORE
