Removing an Account:

This will walk through how to remove an old work email or a different account you no longer use. 

  1. Open the settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap on “Mail”.
  3. Tap on the accounts, then the entry for your old email.
  4. Tap “Delete Account” at the bottom. Then tap “Delete from my iPhone” When the prompt appears.

Adding an account:

This will show you how to add your Game One email to this app. 

  1. Open the settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap on “Mail”.
  3. Tap on “Accounts” then “Add Account”.
  4. Tap on “Microsoft Exchange”.
  5. Enter in your ASB email address and a description for the account. Then tap “Next” at the top right.
  6. When prompted. Tap “Sign In”.
  7. Enter in your password and tap “Sign In”.
  8. Choose what you want to sync to your phone with the toggle buttons, then tap “Save”.

Navigating Multiple Email accounts (mailboxes)

Below will walk through the process of navigating the iPhone Mail app with multiple accounts linked to it. 

  • To navigate between multiple mailboxes. Use the back arrow until you see the Mailboxes menu.
  • If you want to view all mailboxes at once. Select “All Inboxes”. If you want to view an individual mailbox at a time, select the mailbox you wish to view.
