      How to place a Prevail Custom Order

      Follow this process for ordering from the Prevail builder

      Follow these 3 steps to place a Prevail Custom Order on the builder:

      Step 1: Enter a Quote
      • Start a Quote in FDM4 using the Prevail SKUs shown on the builder or on the Prevail Price List.

      Step 2: Release to a Custom Order, Generate PO

      • Release the quote to a Custom Order (CUSTOM)
      • When prompted for a vendor, type in 2832
      • Review & Complete to generate a Purchase Order

      Step 3: Place the order on the builder

      • After getting the design approved by the customer, Click "Check Out" to finish the order
      • Use the FDM4 PO Number provided to you in the previous step in the Purchase Order field. **DO NOT USE ANY OTHER NUMBERS EXCEPT THE PO NUMBER. FDM4 Quote or Order Numbers should not be used. 
      • After placing your order, attach a copy of your order confirmation to the FDM4 order. (See: How to add an attachment to an order).

      In addition, please use the "Ship to" fields to call out the following information:

        • First Name field = School/Organization (i.e. Bingham High School)
        • Last Name field = Attn name (i.e. Coach’s name)
        • Address 2 Field / Apartment/Suite = Customer PO to be included on the label

      All Twill, Sublimated, Flash and Prime orders with a minimum of *six units ordered, and if a team needs to order less than that, there is a flat rate $39 small order shipping fee.
      *This applies to ordering six units from one factory, not six units of one item.  (i.e. six various TWILL units would need to be ordered to avoid the small order shipping fee, not 3 units from our Twill factory and 3 units from our Prime Stock factory.)

      **Small Order Fee Style Number in FDM4 = PVSMORDFEE (Commission cost of $39.90)**

       

      Rush Fees:

      Rush fees are available at a per item cost out of our Twill and Sublimation factories, if your customer needs their order sooner than the quoted lead time.
