How to place a Game-One Special order
This article will walk through placing special orders outside FDM4 with our Carroll facility for quick turn-times.
Gildan Program (Through September, 30 2025)
GILDAN PROGRAM OFFER:
- All colors for the 8000 and 8000B tees are now priced the same (including white).
- Standard lead time applies; no rush orders permitted.
- This offer only applies to stocked Gildan products and colorways at the Carroll facility. See flyer and pricing for qualified products.
- Offer available July 1 through September 30th – orders must be placed by 9/30/25
- Reps must use the Gildan Apparel Customer Pricing
- Additional cost for 2XL+ sizes and decoration locations
- Standard MSRP shipping rates apply
Ordering Process:
- All orders must be produced and shipped from Carroll through Edgeware.
- Email orders to your respective Carroll OMG CRR.
- Use this order form: Carroll Facility Special Program Order Form

- If the customer already has an account in Edgeware, please include the Edgeware customer number. If they do not have an Edgeware customer number, then include the FDM4 customer number.
- Providing the FDM4 customer number will allow us to pull over the terms and PO requirements from FDM4 when setting up their account in Edgeware.
- Customer Contact Email will receive all order confirmations, art approvals, shipping notifications, etc.
- If shipping address isn’t given, then the billing address will be used for shipping.
- If using or referencing previous artwork, then please indicate which system and include the art ID or design number when applicable.
- Indicate the amount of freight to charge the customer on the order. Can be a % or $ amount.
- Standard lead time applies. Rush orders are not allowed.
- Use order code in Edgeware: GILDAN25
- If the customer needs a quote, tell your OMG CRR that you need an order approval.
All Game One Specials can be viewed by accessing Sales Deck > Resources and selecting "Special" from the Doc Type drop down.
