      How to order Heat Transfers to be applied by customer

      Below steps show how to place an order for Heat Transfers from Carroll, that the customer would like to apply themselves to the garments.

      1. Run Order Entry, and start your quote like normal.
      2. On the Style Entry screen, Type in the Style Number TGE-XFER and hit Next 
      3. There is only 1 Variant to choose from. 1 design = 1 variant. (Additional variants will not be added. )
      4. Create or version art using Quick Design and using the Method of DTFSM or DTFFF depending on the size of the transfer. (DTFSM = 4" X 4"  or smaller | DTFFF = Larger than 4" x 4")
      5. Commit to E01 Warehouse.
      6. The Line Charge (Decoration Pricing) will drive the pricing of the transfer, feel free to charge more by increasing the blank price in the Services Tab.
      7. Review & Complete the quote.
      8. Once payment is obtained, release to a normal ORDER Type.
      9. A Purchase Order will need to be generated in Allocated Backorder Maintenance (ABOM) and the order will need to be sent to Beth Tigges for her team to enter into Edgeware.
      10. This will run through FDM4/Edgeware like a normal decorated order, but the transfers will not be applied to garments.
