How to look up which buyer issued a Purchase Order

The PO Inquiry tool allows you to look up information about the POs attached to orders.

When trying to determine who issued a purchase order, follow these steps:

1. Search FDM4 for the tool "PO Inquiry" and click to launch it
2. Use the Optimized Search and type in the PO number located on the order in question
3. Click Search
4. Look for the Buyer ID column to see who issued the PO (Not seeing the buyer ID column? Add it to your view in Column Management).
