  1. When logged in, Select Search Orders
  2. The BEST way to search your orders will be by your FDM4 PO # in the Customer PO# field.

If you have multiple PO’s for an order, you can just use one to search and your order will be found.
  3. After searching your PO, the below will be shown:
  4. Click on the Customer Name, which will always be Game One, as these are all contact orders. This will pull up the order, showing the screen below.
  5. From you can see all the information pertaining to this order, below is a guide to know exactly what is going on with the order in question.

Date Created – When the order was entered into EW.
Date Must Ship – When Carroll plans to ship the order by. (Can be pushed back due to B/O, Art Approval Delay, or any other delays)
Drop Dead Date - The equals the In-Hand date, entered at Order Entry in FDM4.
Notes to Production - This will list order issues or delays. Pay attention to this section, as there could be notes that help with product that has not arrived that could affect the plan ship date. The True Must Date (In-Hand Date) will be indicated in this field as well.

Ledger Box (box off to the top right of the screenshot above)

    Yes/Green = Received/Good
Yellow = ‘In process’, not fully received
Red = Step is not completed yet

To Prod: If Green, it means the order has been sent to production. Similar to the Make ready process. Does not mean the order is In Production.
Prod: This means production has started. Usually 24-48 hours for the order to ship after the Prod box is green. Helps to review the ship date for the order, as Carroll is trying to match that, and you might not know when the order went into production.

    Orders that have shipped:
You will see that the “Ship” box in the ledger is Green. You will then select the Shipping tab at the top of the screen to view tracking information. The tracking number is a hyperlink that will take you right to UPS to track the order. Tracking of orders should be in there the day after it ships. Tracking gets imported to EW at 9:30 am and 6pm at night.

The Game One account for Carroll is #107088. You can also use this account to search all FDM4 orders in Edgeware. You will receive a very large list of orders, so it is recommended to search for your orders by the FDM4 PO number.
