How to look up (EDI) Vendor Inventory in FDM4

This process will walk through how to view the live inventory from some of our vendors.

The below we will walk through how to view (EDI) Vendor Inventory a couple of different ways.

Vendors Available with EDI

Using the Check Stock function

Using the Warehouse Quantities toggle in Style Entry

Available EDI Vendors, as of 1/25/2024:

• Founders Sports Group 
• Under Armour
• Champro
• Blazer
• Trigon
• Champion Sports 
• Baden

Checking Vendor Inventory using the Check Stock function (pin)

1. Run Check Stock
   
2. Type in the FDM4 Style Number (or use the magnify glass to look it up) and select Vendor Warehouse for the warehouse.  
   
3. Click Search
4. The results will show the vendor warehouse locations and inventory levels by size/color. 
   

Checking Vendor Inventory while entering your quote or order

1. Run Order Entry
   
2. Enter or lookup the FDM4 style code, color code in Style Entry. Applying a design if one's getting applied, and clicking Next. 
3. Below the area where quantities are committed is a toggle showing Warehouse Inventory (Game One) and Vendor Inventory. 
4. Toggle back to Warehouse Inventory and commit from the proper warehouse. (If the item is being decorated, commit to the decoration warehouse and the Purchasing will order via EDI.)
