How to locate Orders Not Complete - by user

Orders remain in a static state until they are canceled or finished. They can be accessed in Orders Not Complete - by User.

If an order is not completed through the Review and Complete process, it remains in a static state. Sometimes this is done on purpose when Save Not Complete is selected for various reasons, but other times the order was just never finished. 

NOTE: CRRs should keep an eye on this queue at least every other day to ensure orders are moving and static orders are not holding inventory. 

Follow these steps:

  1. Launch Order Not Complete - by User
  2. Enter the user ID order leave it blank to display all orders 
  3. Click Search

If any orders return on your list, copy the Order Number and edit it in Order Entry to complete or cancel it.
