Orders remain in a static state until they are canceled or finished. They can be accessed in Orders Not Complete - by User.
If an order is not completed through the Review and Complete process, it remains in a static state. Sometimes this is done on purpose when Save Not Complete is selected for various reasons, but other times the order was just never finished.
NOTE: Account Managers should keep an eye on this queue at least every other day to ensure orders are moving and static orders are not holding inventory.
Follow these steps:
- Launch Order Not Complete - by User
- Enter the user ID order leave it blank to display all orders
- Click Search
If any orders return on your list, copy the Order Number and edit it in Order Entry to complete or cancel it.
