Use these processes when needing to add personalization or two difference pieces of art to the same location.
FDM4 does not allow two pieces of art to go in one single location. When this situation arises, due to the use of personalization or art templates, follow these steps:
Personalization (usually names/numbers below a logo):
When needing to add personalization below a logo, please add two pieces of art to your design. Select from the Location of "Below Logo" and change the art to a font.
Art Template:
If you are using a template like the one below for your design, and you want to change the mascot, do not upload the mascot as a second piece of art. This will charge you for the second placement. Instead, leave an art note saying you are attaching the replacement art (i.e. a mascot going in template). Once you save the design, attach the art file to the order.
