Use these steps for changing carriers in the WMS
Follow these steps on the handheld RF Gun:

Home Screen > Shipping > Carrier Change > Scan Carton ID

Under New Carrier select what you want to change to (UPS,Delivery,Other) > Hit Next

Under new service you will select the correct codes (refer to list below) > Hit Next

It will ask you if you want to update all cartons and hit Yes again.
Carrier change is now complete.
