Use the Custom Order Process to place orders for the Russell Practice Jersey program.
We are stocking several colors of the Russell Practice Jersey in Carroll, ready for decorating. To make this process simple, new SKUs have been created in FDM4 to pull this inventory. These SKUs include decoration cost, therefore you will NOT key in art on these orders.
You must utilize the Custom Order Form on SalesDeck to submit the details required for your order.

Order Entry Process:
- If your customer needs a quote, start by entering it in FDM4. DO NOT ADD DECORATION TO THE ORDER. (Deco specs are submitted using the Custom Form.
- When you are ready to place the order, go to SalesDeck > External Links > Custom Order Form.
- Begin form and when prompted, select "Yes" to the question below.
- Select the SKU, Jersey Color, Font and Font Color for the order.
- Enter the Quote Number (if applicable)
- Upload the Roster & Approved Artwork (use the Art-Only process to get artwork approved before proceeding), and any other attachments.
- Fill out all remaining info and Submit the form.
The Custom Team will process the request, releasing the order and sending the PO along with all details to Carroll to produce.
