How to place an order for Russell Practice Jerseys

**EFFECTIVE 12/15/2025 TO 7/15/2026**

Momentec will be stocking the Russell Practice Jersey. They will produce and decorate the jerseys under this Game One special. The below styles include decoration cost, therefore you will NOT key in art on these orders.

These orders should be entered in FDM4 as a CUSTOM order and follow the CUSTOM order process. DO NOT USE CITEMS.

• Decoration: 1-color screen print included

• Font: Full and plain block only

• Minimum: 12 jerseys per order

• Men’s and Youth available

• Shipping: Standard MSRP shipping rates apply

**Use Check Stock in FDM4 for cost or check the price list in Sales Deck. 

Available Colors: Black, Burnt Orange, Cardinal, Dark Green, Gold, Kelly, Maroon, Navy, Purple, Royal, True Red, White

FDM4 Order Entry:

1. Run Order Entry
2. If the customer needs a quote, select QUOTE. Select the CUSTOM order type if they don't need a quote.
3. Using one of the styles above, enter the style as normal. **DO NOT USE CITEMS**
4. Select a color that is offered.
5. DO NOT ADD A DESIGN TO THE ITEM. 
6. Commit the sizes and quantities needed (12 minimum).
7. Adjust freight as needed in the Freight tab. 
8. Review and Complete. 
   1. If QUOTE was selected on step 2, release the QUOTE to a CUSTOM order type. 
9. Using the Purchase Order number generated by FDM4, email the order to the Momentec team, decoration@momentecbrands.com.
   1. Make sure to include all of the details needed (see program details above).

Quick Quote Order Entry:

1. Navigate to SalesDeck and go to Quick Quote.

2. Enter customer information, in hand dates, activity, etc.

3. Search for the product numbers above and add them to the cart. 
4. Add the cart to the quote. 
5. Enter the sizes and quantities needed (12 minimum). 
6. Do not add decoration. 
7. Adjust freight as needed. 
8. Submit the Quick Quote to FDM4. 
9. The PO# to provide to Momentec will be delayed. 
   1. Account Manager will release the Quick Quote to an Order in FDM4. 
   2. Account Manager will see this in ABOM and will issue a PO against vendor 3112 (Momentec-CUSTOM).
10. Account Manager will send the PO to the Sales Rep for the Sales Rep to submit the order to Momentec, following the below submission process.

• Email the FDM4 PO, decoration information (print color, font style, qty & sizes, shipping method), and any other information to decoration@momentecbrands.com.
