Use the configure option to add personalization details to an order.
When entering an order with personalization (names/numbers) on each size, it is important to follow these steps so the details are generated on the correct production forms. This is the process you will use if the decoration is being done in a Game One facility or Tier 3. (If decorating at the vendor, follow the vendor ordering/deco process).
Follow these steps:
- After selecting the product SKU and color, click click Quick Design
- Add all art being applied to the garment
- For art requiring personalization, hover your mouse over the image and click the pencil icon
- Set Art Type > Font using the drop-down menu, and repeat for all personalized art
- Click Save Design
- Commit sizes from the correct warehouse, then click Show Order Lines
- Click Configure
- Click the conversation bubble under each size where you see quantity
- Type in the personalization and click Save
- Once all personalization has been added, click Commit
- Complete the order and view the personalization on the Order Confirmation.
The personalization will appear at the bottom of the order confirmation when you go to Review and Complete. Verify personalization at this stage, and return to Style Entry > Show Order Lines if you need to make any edits.
Can I just attach a roster?
No. Attachments will not populate the required information on the production docket.
