How to enter an order for reversible jerseys

Reversible jersey art must be entered in a specific way to ensure the order processes correctly.

DISCLAIMER: Game One encourages reps to utilize vendor decoration options or Game One Sublimated as your go-to options for reversible jerseys.

Reversible jerseys decorated at a Game One facility, require special handling to ensure the proper number of Art IDs are created. Refer to the steps below based on whether the decoration color is changing on the reversible side.

Entering a reversible jersey with different decoration colors on front/reverse side

When the color of the decoration changes from one side to another, it will need to be entered using 6 Art IDs, as shown below.

1. Enter the Style and garment color, then choose Quick Design > Add New Art
2. Upload the graphic or chose "No" and use the art line to indicate the desired font for names/numbers
   1. To indicate font, refer to the Game One font options and name the Art using the Font Selection Number and Size. Example: Game One Font #1 - 6" White
3. Include the color of the decoration in the art notes, along with what color decoration goes on what side of the garment
4. Select the Location for the art (example: Full Front)
5. Repeat Step 2 for the same piece of art and choose the Reverse Location (Example: Reverse Full Front)
6. Repeat for all arts, ensuring each is placed on the location and reverse location
7. Change the Art > Font for any names/numbers 
8. Save Design and use the Configure method to add the names/numbers to the order

Entering a reversible jersey with the same decoration colors on front/reverse side

1. Enter the Style and garment color, then choose Quick Design > Add New Art
2. Upload the graphic or chose "No" and use the art line to indicate the desired font for names/numbers
   1. To indicate font, refer to the Game One font options and name the Art using the Font Selection Number and Size. Example: Game One Font #1 - 6" White
3. Include the color of the decoration in the art notes, along with any additional notes for the artist
4. Select the Location for the art (example: Full Front)
5. To add the reverse location, choose Add Existing Design and select the art you just created
6. Choose the reverse location (example: Reverse Full Front)
7. Repeat for all arts, ensuring each is placed on the location and reverse location
8. Change the Art > Font for any names/numbers 
9. Save Design and use the Configure method to add the names/numbers to the order

Do I really need to configure the names/numbers for both sides of the jersey? 

Yes. You must configure for both the front and reverse side art. (Refer to our disclaimer above for an easier method!)

Can I just create 1 Art ID and list the color change in the art notes? 

No. The same art rules apply to reversible jerseys: If the location, method or color changes, then you must create new art.
