Art Only requests are to request art prior to entering your order in FDM4, mockups of the design on the garment, and art files for custom orders.

Multiple garment locations are accepted. Example: Full front and full back = one request.)
- Go to Sales Deck
- Click on the Art Request option.
- Select New Art Request
- The below window will pop-up. Fill in the fields with the appropriate information to complete your art request.
All fields pull from FDM4. Meaning they will populate with information for you to select (See below).
Please Note: Only one design per request. (Multiple garment locations are accepted. Example: Full front and full back = one request.) - Once you enter the information above, an area will appear to attach a reference file. Click on the Attach Reference File and the below will appear.
- Select Existing Art to select any previous art done by the customer before. This will show approved art from FDM4.
- Select My Computer to select a file/image from your saved files on your device. Please note, you can only attach the files listed in the below image.
- Select Existing Art to select any previous art done by the customer before. This will show approved art from FDM4.
- After uploading the image make sure to select the decoration method, color you want used, and art notes of any changes.
Please indicate ANY custom colors not available in the colors drop down, in the Art Notes section. - Click Submit
- You will receive an email once the proof is ready for approval. Click View Art Request on the email to view the proof.
- Once approved the art will automatically be put into FDM4 for you to select when entering your order.
- If you are needing the files for a custom order, follow below.
- Go to Sales Deck
- Click Art Manager
- Use Ctrl + F to find your request (use the request number, customer name, etc.).
- Click View
- Find the below download button and select it. You will be presented with a list of file types, select the appropriate file type you need for the vendor.
