Approved art from any past order can be downloaded from Review Customer Orders
Once art has been used on an order, the vector art files can be downloaded from Review Customer Orders. Follow these steps:
- Go to Review Customer Orders and search for the order where the art was previously used (see below for tips)
- Locate order and click the Attachments tab on the lower table.
- Look for the attachment that has a description of "Art"
- Click Download
The art will download as a Vector file (.AI or .PDF) and can be used outside of FDM4.
Tips for locating orders
If you do not have the order number handy, here are some easy ways to find the order associated with the art you need:
- Search by Customer - Review Customer Orders > Search by Customer Number > Filter by the Sport and use the order description/date range to determine which order used the art
- Search by Design ID - Review Customer Orders > Search by Rep ID number > Add the Design ID number on the far right
