How to do a color change on existing art for a Team Store

Here's how to easily make a color change to existing art.

Express stores allow two color changes per decoration method. A color change is ONLY changing the ink or thread color--it does not include changes to the design itself. 

To make a color change, follow these steps:

  1. Add the art you wish to use
  2. Click on the blue color pallet shown below.

  3. A screen will pop up to create an art only request. Fill in all fields including garment color, ink/thread colors, decoration location, and specific art notes to the artist. Example: change maroon to aqua, change white to cream. Click submit when done.

  4. The art team will see the color change request and send an art proof directly to the sales rep to approve. If needed, forward the proof to your customer to approve.
  5. Once the color change and all art is approved, the store will move to the next phase of setup.
Please note: Your OMG CRR may do a color change on your behalf if they notice an art that will not work on a garment. Any art requests/color changes the CRR does after the store is submitted on sales deck will be sent to the CRR.
