How to create STATE Team Stores

This process is intended for legacy State OMG stores, produced through Edgeware.

Our Carroll facility is still able to support the legacy quick-turn "State" stores for customers who have used this service in the past. These stores are set up 100% through Edgeware and produced in Carroll.

This type of store cannot be requested on the SalesDeck store setup process at this time. Please use the form and process in this article. 

STORE REQUIREMENTS

Please read through the following requirements before submitting a request:

  • PRODUCT:All items MUST be in inventory in the Carroll facility. We will not order in additional sizes or colors.
  • ART:  Options include full front and back. No individual personalization per item.
    • If there is a back roster, please let your CRR know when it will be finalized
    • Art is done through Edgeware and emailed the customer for review an approval.
  • PRODUCTION: No re-opens for those who didn't order, no individual bagging ( unless approved by Jeff Puffett). 
    • Please note the true must/in-hand date and make sure to account for shipping lead times from Carroll to the customer. Special shipping to meet true must/in hand date is the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Fill in all information on the form (as shown above) and send via email to your CRR with RUSH STATE in the subject line.
  2. In the body of the email, provide all art information and attach logos as needed
  3. Let us know the true must/in-hand date and if individual bagging was approved.
