How to create a recurring meeting in Outlook

The below video shows how to setup a recurring Teams meeting in Outlook.

  1. Open Outlook. 
  2. Click New Items drop down > Meeting
  3. Fill in information such as; Title, Required Attendee(s), Date, Time. 
  4. Click Make Recurring. 
  5. Fill in the recurring pattern based on when you want your meeting to recure and if you want an end date. 
  6. Click OK
  7. Click Send
  8. Wait for the attendee(s) to reply.
