Google Chrome cache and cookie deletion:
1. Locate and open the Google Chrome application on your computer and open it. 
2. At the top right of the browser, locate the 3 dots:
3. After clicking the 3 dots go down the bottom to Settings:
4. Once on settings, type in the word "Cache" in the middle search bar to bring up a list of options. Select the option of Delete Browsing Data.
5.You will be brought to a pop-up that needs 4 things selected. First off, click the Advanced tab.
6. Next - click the Time Range drop down and select All Time:
7. Lastly, uncheck every box except for: Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
8. Once that is all selected - click Delete Data.
Microsoft Edge cache and cookie deletion:
1. Locate and open the Microsoft Edge application on your computer and open it. 
2. At the top right of the browser, locate the 3 dots:
3. After clicking the 3 dots go down the bottom to Settings:
4. Once on settings type in the word "Cache" in the left search bar to bring up a list of options. Select the option of Delete Browsing Data.
5. Once on this page - next to the "Clear Browsing Data Now" option - Choose what to clear.
6. Next - click the Time Range drop down and select All Time:
7. Uncheck every box except for: Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
8. Lastly press Clear Now.
