There is an easy way to add personalization to your team store offerings.
Adding Personalization (names and/or numbers) to your team store is an option with the Custom store offering. Personalization is setup as its own art, just like SCR, EMB or DTF. Names and numbers are setup as separate arts and the method, size and font is selected during the setup process.
Follow these steps to add personalization art
- Click on Add Additional Art and choose Personalization
- The following pop up message will appear stating the store will change from express to custom if you proceed. Click Yes.
- On next screens, fill in all information related to the personalization:
- Type – names or numbers
- Method – decoration and style
- Size – size of personalization
- Color – color for personalization
- Price - there will be a minimum price noted for each personalization. You can go higher than this amount if you like, but the system will not allow you to go lower.
- Required? - If personalization is required on the item(s), you can mark the required box and the team store builder will set the store up so anyone ordering that item(s) will need to fill in the personalization field before proceeding with their order.
- Summary – shows you everything you just typed. You can go back as needed to correct anything.
- Click Submit and your personalization will show up as its own art record, like below.
- Once the personalized art is setup, add another print location to the item(s) where you want the personalization. To do this, click on the current decoration location for the garment (will be blue). Select the 2nd print location and click save.
- Assign the correct art to each corresponding print location.
- This is how it should look on your store when you add personalization:
- If you don’t see a specific print location (like below logo) please use something that is close and save a comment and your CRR will adjust the print location once submitted to Edgeware. Make sure your method, size and color for personalization is correct.
