      How do I resolve an "Over 50k Order Value" error

      This article will walk through the steps to take in FDM4 to get an order over $50k passed the "Over 50k Order Value" error.

      Do you notice an error at the end of your quote or order, when trying to Review and Complete? Follow the below process.

      1. Go to the Freight Tab while still in the order
      2. Select the VENDOR SHIP carrier that is available
      3. This will allow the user to bypass the UPS logic, of not allowing order over $50k to ship via UPS, that is programmed into FDM4. 

      DO NOT SELECT VENDOR SHIP IF YOU ARE SHIPPING FROM A GAME ONE FACILITY. IF YOU ARE SHIPPING OVER $50K IN PRODUCT FROM A GAME ONE FACILITY, SELECT WILL CALL AND SEND AN EMAIL TO THAT SHIPPING DEPARTMENT FOR THEM TO SHIP IT OUTSIDE OF FDM4.
