How do I apply a credit card to an order in Quick Quote?

Existing credit cards can be selected in Quick Quote.

If the credit card you wish to use is already associated with the customer, it will be available to use in Quick Quote. New credit cards cannot be addd at this time. 

Follow these steps to apply the card to the order:

  1. On the Order Info section, set the terms to Credit Card. 

  2. Click Select a Card and select from available saved cards in the pop-up screen

  3. Click Save.

Solutions to use a card not yet associated to the customer

While the development team works on a secure solution for passing sensitive credit card information in Quick Quote, use one of the following paths:

  • Call your Billing Analyst and ask them to add the card to the customer's account. **Do not ever email or text credit card numbers, to any Game One user as it violates PCI compliance. 

  • If you have access to FDM4, enter the card on the customer's account using the Customer Payment Maintenance tool.
  • If you have access to FDM4, enter the order in FDM4 and associate the card during order entry.
