How can Game One help with alterations on uniforms

The below article will outline the specifics on how Game One can assist someone with uniform alterations. 

A customer may request for a uniform to be altered due to them having to transfer players. We have the ability to request alterations through an outside company called RedThread.

Order Entry Process:

  1. Run Order Entry and start a Custom Order.
  2. Use Vendor 3100.  
  3. Use style CREDTH. 
  4. Commit the quantity and sizes of the item(s) you are sending in for alterations. (Not the size you are altering to). 
  5. Using the price guide here, update your cost to be accurate for when AP receives the invoice. Price the customer at your discretion. 
  6. Update the description to be a short description of what is being sent in and what is being done (leave a non-printable comment as well stating what is being done). 
  7. Adjust your freight accordingly, remember to go higher if you are shipping the items to RedThread.
  8. Review and Complete the order. 
  9. Email the PO# and information of what is being altered and what the customer is wanting to kent@redthreadlabs.com.
  10. Kent will respond with the information you need to ship the garments to them, that are being altered. 
  11. Please contact your RSM for a UPS Shipping label and make sure to include the following in your request to them. 
    1. Shipping Address
    2. Number of Labels (One Label per Box)
    3. Estimated Weight
