      Ball Stamping Process in FDM4

      Learn how to enter an order with ball stamping in FDM4. Note this method is only available in Holland.

      Follow this process when needing to add stamping to inflatables in Holland.

      1. Enter the SKU in FDM4 on Style Entry tab
      2. Click QuickDesign > Add Art (No attachment necessary)
      3. Set the Method > Ball Stamp
      4. Set the Location > Ball Location
      5. Set the Priced by > BSTAMP
      6. Enter the text that needs to be stamped on the balls as both the Design Name and Art Name (Example: STAMP: SHS 2023) **We can only stamp 10 letters, including spaces.
      7. Save the Design and commit the quantity from Holland
      8. Go to Services > Uncheck “Proof Required”
      9. Review & Complete the order

      IMPORTANT: The production team will NOT see art notes.

      The production team will work off the order confirmation, which shows the Design and Art name, which tells production what text needs to be stamped on the balls.
