Adding Attachments to an order

Attachments added to orders are for internal reference only but are helpful for record keeping.

Attachments can be added to an order in two different ways: at Order Entry and in Review Customer Orders.

Adding attachments at Order Entry

To add a an attachment, follow these steps:

  1. Click Hamburger Menu > Attachments
  2. Click Add
  3. Browse your computer for the file you wish to upload
  4. Name the attachment
  5. Click Save and close the Attachment window.

Adding attachments from Review Customer Orders

Once an order has been entered into the system, an attachment can be added from Review Customer Orders. 

  1. Search for the order in Review Customer Orders
  2. Click the Hamburger Menu > Attachments
  3. Browse your computer for the file you wish to upload
  4. Name the attachment
  5. Click Save and close the Attachment window.

Attachments can be viewed and downloaded in Review Customer Orders under the Attachments tab at the bottom of the screen.
